General Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase

  1. In the event of cancellation of the performance, tickets will be refunded either at the point of the original sale or by direct credit to the card used in purchasing the ticket from the Foundation’s website. If a concert is postponed tickets will be refunded in the same way or be valid for the new date.
  2. If you have selected concession seating you should bring with you proof of concession.
  3. Ticket holders should be seated at least 5 minutes prior to the advertised commencement time of the concert.
  4. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break or interval and in accordance with the instructions by an appropriate member of staff.
  5. In case ticketholders do not present their ticket at least 5 minutes prior to the advertised commencement of the concert, the Foundation reserves the right to allow other member of the audience to their seats and provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket
  6. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue.
  7. Sold tickets subject to the Foundation’s right to make any alterations to the programme or performers.
  8. If the performance has to be interrupted or abandoned no money will be refunded if more than half of the programme has taken place.
  9. The Foundation reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
  10. Children aged 5–14 must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Children aged 0–4 will not be admitted to the auditoriums except for designated Family or Outreach Programmes.
  11. The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden unless prior written consent of the Foundation has been obtained. All mobile phones and other electronic devices must remain switched off during performances,
  12. Ticket holders acknowledge that the Foundation and authorized third parties may record video and/or audio throughout the concert venue without limitation in connection with the ticketed event. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of and/or in connection with the ticketed event.
  13. Ticket holders must observe the appropriate standard of behaviour during performances. The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted in the auditorium and any behaviour that may interfere with the enjoyment of the concert by other members of the audience should be avoided. Ushers and other authorized personnel are instructed to ensure adherence and to take appropriate action including the eviction of offending individuals.
