The event is under the auspices of the First Lady Philippa Karsera Christodoulides and will be attended by the Founder and President of the Children’s Museum of Athens, Mrs. Zambel Muratian.
This event is part of the program established by the Cyprus Children’s Museum for the presentation of good practices and activities by children. Specifically, the event’s aim is, to enable the talented young people of our country to act as positive role models. At the same time they will be a source of inspiration for other young people to seek ways of realising their goals and dreams.
This event highlights the developmental journey of a child through the programmes of the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra — from the very first steps at the Academy, to the first stage of musical socialization through the ΣymphoΠedia programme, and finally to their integration into the ensembles and the full symphony orchestra.
The children who will attend the concert will have the opportunity to accompany the choir of the ΣymphoΠedia programme singing the well-known song “BE A CHILD WITH ME”.
