The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation (CySOF) announces the new composition of its Board of Directors, following the appointment of its members by the Council of Ministers and the completion of the procedure for the election of the Board’s office-bearers.
During the first meeting of the new Board of Directors, the relevant election procedure was conducted, through which the Board members elected the Vice-President, Secretary-General and Treasurer.
Specifically, Dr. Panicos Giorgoudes was elected Vice-President, Dr. Stalo Georgiou Secretary-General, and George Thucydides Treasurer.
Dr. Marios Joannou Elia is the President of the Board of Directors.
The new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:

The new Board of Directors assumes its duties with the aim of continuing the work of the CySO Foundation and contributing to the further strengthening and development of the Organisation.
The new administration will place particular emphasis on cooperation, collective effort and the advancement of the Foundation’s objectives, guided by the needs and priorities of the Organisation.
The President and members of the Board of Directors thank the Council of Ministers for its trust and support and state that they will work with a sense of responsibility and commitment towards the successful fulfilment of the CySOF’s mission.
The new Board of Directors wishes for a creative and productive new period, with the shared goal of further strengthening the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation and making a meaningful and substantial contribution to the sector it serves.
