The great works of Romanticism have a way of always remaining fresh, as natural, sincere expressions of humanity’s deeper emotions and visions. It is with great pleasure that the CySO presents two magnificent symphonic “diamonds” of Romanticism under the firm baton of Jens Georg Bachmann: Tchaikovsky’s violin concerto, emotionally brought to life by the interpretative passion of the CySO concertmaster Wolfgang Schroeder and Mendelssohn’s “Scottish” symphony.
